The flavours are so overwhelming (in a good way) that I barely have time to figure out what I’m tasting before I pick up another slice. You know a pizza’s legit when you can clean the entire pan before the next pizza arrives, and that’s how good this one was.
This (Chicken & Cranberry Pizza) was head chef Dean Brettschneider’s personal favourite. I bit into it and was taken aback at how soft and dough-like the pizza was. All my life, I have eaten pizza where I had to ask my teeth to bite down hard. But this – this was not at all hard. It was like biting into a pillow.
